Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Orders are typically shipped within 2 - 4 business days depending on availability and credit verification, all orders will come with a tracking number. However throughout the Christmas period Nov- Dec every year our delivery times will be longer (5-6 business days).

Please be aware that requests for changing orders will result in your current order being cancelled and a new one being created. 

barnesgirelli.co.uk will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Sunday delivery unless it is requested as matter of urgency and depending on the distance from London, contact us via WhatsApp/Telephone +447398362862.

Whilst we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible there may be longer waiting times during busy periods. If you are not present when delivery is made royal mail should leave a card with your tracking number enabling you to collect your order from your local depot.

Delivery options for UK residents: 

• Standard Delivery: All orders are subjected to a minimum or £7 package and deliver cost, bigger packaging and delivery are £11.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

Barnes Girelli ships worldwide using DHL, please select your destination at checkout. International orders will typically be delivered within 5-7 days of being dispatched. Any duties and taxes to be paid upon receiving goods will be the recipients responsibility.
